about this team

The NA Strategy Enablement team is a trusted partner in developing and implementing growth strategies for the North America business. The team provides strategic enablement and cross-functional coordination for high priority, “omni-nature” initiatives. Key activities for the team include retail insights, business casing and strategy development, and cross-functional program leadership. 


a day in the life: what you’ll do

The Senior Manager, NAM Strategy Enablement drives regional go-to-market alignment across merchandising, planning, marketing, and channel teams to create annual and seasonal strategies. They lead cross-functionally and communicating effectively to inform decisions and gain alignment 

  • Drives regional go-to-market alignment across merchandising, planning, marketing and channel teams to create aligned strategies
  • Leads highly cross functional NAM projects that span product, marketing and channel teams, with the ability to structure complex work and lead across multiple functions and teams 
  • Drives highly cross-functional decision making across regional leadership team 
  • People leadership for Strategy & Enablement analyst and manager, providing regular feedback and advising on prioritization of projects based on the needs of the business


qualifications

  • Ability to translate complex ideas and recommendations to gain alignment and decision making 
  • Executive communication skills, with strong business acumen and storytelling
  • 10+ years of retail growth strategy, consulting, or business management experience  
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional stakeholders
  • 5+ years of independent ownership of strategic workstreams

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100 - $176,000 CADannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 4 days per week.
