about this team

The Treasury team manages the company’s global liquidity, cash forecasting, foreign exchange risk, and banking relationships. The team oversees cash and investment strategies, foreign exchange and hedging activities, subsidiary funding, share repurchase programs, and bank administration. Treasury also partners closely with Retail Operations and other regional teams to support new store opening, international growth, and new market entry.

 

core responsibilities

  • Manage North American (NAM) and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) cash forecasting, cash reporting, funding and capitalization, banking operations, investments, and counterparty exposure
  • Manage NAM and EMEA cash by ensuring funds are allocated efficiently and timely to meet working capital needs and identify and execute on investment opportunities 
  • Perform variance analysis and track liquidity across all NAM and EMEA bank accounts
  • Manage banking operations in NAM and EMEA, provide treasury and banking support to local Finance teams where needed
  • Prepare period end reporting, including but not limited to hedge designation documents, interest reporting and forecasting, guarantee schedule, MTM, and financial covenant calculations
  • Support with global SOX and audit requests and requirements
  • Support with bank access administration and treasury management system (TMS) maintenance including but not limited to maintain and validate data integrity within the TMS, troubleshoot data feed issues, explore and test new capabilities within the TMS
  • Support with NAM balance sheet hedging execution and analysis
  • Perform adhoc reporting and analysis, and other treasury tasks and initiatives as needed

 

qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field required
  • CPA or CTP designation a plus
  • 5+ years of financial analysis experience in a multinational or complex environment, with 3+ years of experience in treasury or banking
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office- Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with financial models, banking portals and financial tools such as Kyriba, Oracle EBS and Hyperion preferred

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-107,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
