about this team

The Supply Planning team is based at the lululemon SSC in Vancouver. The team is responsible for the seasonal planning of Lululemon's production requirements while collaborating with cross functional partners and vendors.

 

a day in the life; what you'll do

  • Manage the in-season plan for finished goods production and communicate forecasts to vendors
  • Work with vendors and internal partners to mitigate any risks in achieving the required HOD plan.
  • Analyze projections at key GTM calendar gates and optimize plan in line with demand, Strategy, capacity and leadtime.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to manage all Buy models.  Examples are Chase.

 

qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well adept in Excel
  • 3-5 years' experience working in apparel sourcing, supply planning 
  • Understanding of the apparel supply chain and experience of working with offshore manufacturers
  • Able to effectively manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a variety of cross-functional partners

compensation and benefits package  

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - $107,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
