About this team

The Technology Manager, Support & Operations is responsible for the program structure, process strategy, and overall delivery of projects within our Office Technology, SSC (Corporate) Support, Infrastructure and Network Technology Operations space within the APAC region.

 

This role will need to work in a collaborative and supportive manner with many cross-functional teams, as well as develop, maintain, and evolve our process for managing vendors, delivery programs, support processes and metrics, network and infrastructure standards, and to ensure the portfolio of projects are delivered successfully.

 

Main partners are Retail Operations, SSC Facilities/Construction, Distribution Center leaders, Enterprise Operations, Finance, and Enterprise Delivery teams to ensure projects are monitored, managed, and delivered on time. They are also accountable to the overall support of APAC Network and Infrastructure footprint across all sites (Stores, DCs, and SSCs), as well as Corporate SSCs/LLOs, inclusive of the APAC employee technology support across our various offices. These offices are located in Hong Kong, Melbourne Australia, Seoul Korea, Taipei Taiwan, Ho Chi Min City Vietnam, and Singapore. 

 

Responsible for docking into global operational programs such as Network, Infrastructure and Corporate Support Communities of Practice (OCoP), Peak Readiness, TVMO (Vendor Mgmt), as well as driving a holistic and thorough hardware asset management program. Examples include managing partners who are responsible for stock levels and delivery for upcoming projects through AOP processes, and will deliver against a robust and thorough roadmap across APAC with vendor support. They will also be responsible for running RFI/RFPs in partnership with procurement, legal and finance partners to ensure industry and pricing competitiveness. This is also inclusive of our range of partners supporting various hardware across our sites, and partnering closely with key business leaders on enabling capabilities through these programs.

 

Manage and maintain a variety of budget and financial pieces, inclusive of providing leadership for monthly, quarterly, and annual Opex budget reconciliation, as well as working closely with our project management standards to maintain Capex budget goals. These budgets can exceed $1m in Opex and ~$3-5m in annual Capex delivery. 


A day in the life 

This role partners with Retail Operations, Facilities/Construction, DC leaders, Enterprise Operations, Finance, and Enterprise Delivery to align plans, manage vendors and RFI/RFPs, and evolve network/infrastructure standards, support processes, and delivery metrics across APAC stores, DCs, and SSCs. They plug into global programs (OCoPs, Peak Readiness, TVMO), drive hardware asset management, and steward multi‑million Opex/Capex budgets to keep projects on time and ensure reliable employee tech support across offices from Hong Kong to Singapore.


  • Coordinate cross‑functional partners (Retail Ops, Facilities/Construction, DCs, Enterprise Ops, Finance, Enterprise Delivery) to land projects on time. 
  • Own vendor & delivery governance: evolve processes/standards, define support metrics/SLAs, and run RFI/RFPs with Procurement, Legal, and Finance. 
  • Manage APAC network & infrastructure across stores, DCs, and SSCs; ensure employee tech support in HK, Melbourne, Seoul, Taipei, HCMC, and Singapore. 
  • Drive global program alignment: participate in Network/Infrastructure/Corporate Support CoPs, Peak Readiness, and TVMO. 
  • Lead hardware asset management and partner orchestration for inventory/stock and AOP‑driven delivery roadmaps across APAC. 
  • Steward budgets: monthly/quarterly/annual Opex reconciliation (> \$1M) and maintain Capex targets (~\$3–5M) per PM standards. 
  • Monitor delivery metrics and execute corrective actions to keep the portfolio on track.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of technology and project/people leadership experience, and 10+ years overall technology experience in variety of delivery and support roles.
  • Required – Strong M365, Infra/Network Technologies (ie. Meraki, zScalar, Azure/AWS) as well as functional PM, Support, and Organizational skills.  
  • Knowledge of the following desired: Coupa (or equivalent finance ERP), EBS, ServiceNow, JIRA
  • Elevated problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills including meetings.
  • Must have strong cross-functional skills to interact with business leaders and other business partners.
  • Ability to work in a project team setting and a support team setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail-driven environment.
  • Must be able to successfully manage and complete multiple tasks within deadlines.
