About The Role
The Community team at lululemon is responsible for creating, developing and executing marketing strategies that inspire and connect key stakeholders, internally and externally. The Ambassador Lead, Germany is a key member of the Brand & Community team, supporting the Ambassador Manager, EMEA with Ambassador and Influencer relationships, campaigns and activations to grow awareness & affinity across EMEA, with a priority focus on the market they are in.

This is a full-time position. The role reports to the Ambassador Manager, EMEA.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Ambassador Manager to innovate, strategise & identify the Regional Ambassador bench in EMEA, with a priority focus on the market they are in, to raise awareness & aid success across the B&C objectives 
  • Maintain great working relationships and manage all comms with the ambassadors in their market (Across Global, City & Store) 
  • Support the Regional Ambassador Manager on negotiating & monitoring all contract activity, especially within the relevant language
  • Work cross-functionally with EMEA leaders to elevate, amplify & leverage our ambassadors to drive business growth
  • Plan and execute short-term brand-focused influencer activations around specific campaigns within EMEA
  • Product test celebrities and individuals of influence within market to amplify the lululemon brand to a wider network
  • Support the Regional Ambassador Manager with analysing and reporting on the performance of Ambassadors and Influencers. As a team, implement strategies to ensure continued Ambassador program growth. 
  • Roll out global ambassador initiatives across all of the ambassador eco-system.
