About this role [Canada or US Remote]:

As the Director, Power of Educator you will facilitate the development of a shared vision & strategy for the future of our educator workforce across all channels of retail. Lead core workstreams within the Power of Educator strategic initiative such as:  global Omni Educator, Evolved Store Organization Structure and Educator Engagement. Additionally you will build a global roadmap that enables the Omni Guest experience strategy and known future experience programs through empowering our educator workforce.

A day in the life:

  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional dynamic team to support necessary subject matter expertise, specifically labour planning (all channels), People and Culture (including talent management, policy and procedures, people analytics, org design), Digital P&C, Known future experience owners (ie: Clientelling, Educator as Influencers, GEC etc),  Learning and development, Communications, Technology, Omni -channel experience, and Strategy.
  • Establish success metrics that align to the vision and strategy; update steerco on performance, roadblocks, and improvements
  • Evolve Store Org implementation and change management
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plan to enroll others in the future vision and strategy
  • Identify options to operationalize Power of Educator vision and strategy and facilitate cross-functional decision-making processes required to maintain positive momentum


  • 7-10 years experience in strategic operations, strategy, or transformational roles
  • Strong ability to think outside the box, create future programs, and build strategic roadmaps
  • Strong proven experience leading People enabling strategies, initiatives and programs
  • Broad understanding of Program/Project Management methodologies & skills
  • Change management experience valuable
