About this team

The Program Management Team works closely with our Business Partners and Technology Leadership to manage end to end programs within the Digital space. The International Technology portfolio is focused on growing and expanding China, APeC and EMEA technology portfolio. This is a new role in the international technology organization and will be supporting the Enterprise Portfolio team while working very closely with in-region business & technology partners to define processes, strategies, and a support AOP.

A day in the life:

Works closely with International Technology organization leaders and teams across China, APeC & EMEA regions to ensure end to end roadmaps are in place for applicable Program. Roadmap will tie to strategic initiatives for the organization and present an overall view across the portfolio. This role will bring consistency in various processes across, reporting investments, requesting funding, and identifying strategies.

 

Activities incldue: 

  • Responsible for understanding the big picture and international business objectives.
  • Responsible for managing stakeholder communication.
  • Responsible for overall portfolio issues, risk, decisions and change management.
  • Responsible for managing holistic portfolio budget and providing visibility to stakeholders.
  • Active participant in Enterprise Portfolio Management CoE.
  • Responsible for driving Annual planning (AOP) for International Portfolio.
  • Collaborating with central and in-region Program Managers and Project manager to align on strategic priorities.
  • Keep all teams engaged and motivated by encouraging open communication, recognition and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of eComm program management experience
  • 5+ years of eComm portfolio management and/or bus. analyst experience
  • Advanced experience working with agile & waterfall methodologies
  • Advanced experience in process optimization and financial management across large global programs in portfolio
  •  Demonstrated experience translating requirements into initiatives.
  •  Demonstrated experience defining portfolio level labor strategy.
  •  Demonstrated experience in exec. level reporting and communication.
  •  Understanding of high-level eComm conceptual architecture.
  •  Advanced experience in building frameworks and analyze to grow the technology footprint.
  • Experience in identifying, collecting, analyzing, deriving insights from metrics which stakeholders can leverage for decision-making.
