About this role
As a Compensation Analyst at lululemon, you will support the Corporate Compensation Team on a variety of compensation-related duties including market benchmarking and trend analysis, job evaluation, tracking & reporting of compensation-related metrics, and continuous improvement of processes and policies.
Working with the team, you'll take on interesting projects, while demonstrating your entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in a growth environment.
A day in the life:
Prepare and present summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information
Complete weekly job evaluations for roles across the global organization, ensuring proper governance to our job levelling framework
Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation positioning
Support lululemon’s annual performance management and compensation cycles through data analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and the development of communications
Support P&C Business Partners with compensation queries, processes, and policies
Responsible for monthly and quarterly data audits in Workday
Opportunities to support broad compensation projects that come up throughout the organization
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in compensation, ideally in a multinational environment
Post-secondary degree in a related field (e.g., finance, HR)
Exposure to HRIS back-end with a curiosity on how the back-end data comes together
Experience with Workday, Microsoft Excel and other Office software
Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize workload
High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
Proven work ethic with utmost integrity
Communicates with honesty and kindness while creating the space for others to do the same

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000- $86,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
