About this team

Reporting to the Community Director, the Events Manager is an industry leader who leads and collaborates with key cross-functional partners to create and execute dynamic brand events and experiences. 


A day in the life: 

  • Create the vision and strategy for Events and Experiences across the APAC business 
  • Design experiential concepts and tactics that deliver into brand objectives 
  • Company expert in all aspects of event planning, execution, and reconciliation 
  • Project manage, lead and execute large-scale events across APAC 
  • Inspire, enroll, and coach cross-functional and market teams on execution of events across the APAC business 
  • Manage relationships with event agencies and third-party suppliers, vendors, production, and contractors as needed 
  • Develop integrated marketing strategy in partnership with Brand team for brand experiences and projects as required 
  • Strategizes and works with digital teams to activate experiences that connect the in-store and digital experience to advance omni experience for guests 
  • Strategizes and works with product team to activate experiences that connect product to all activations 
  • Accountable for the budget, KPI’s and event analysis and reconciliation 


Qualifications:
  • 7+ years’ experience in experiential marketing 
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams 
  • Creative and strategic thinker who has delivered results through execution 
  • Self-motivated yet thrive in collaboration and teamwork 
  • Proven work ethic with utmost integrity 
  • You are a master enroller and believe the most important key to success is collaboration
