The global corporate communications team is focused on continuing to elevate lululemon’s business, growth, impact and employer brand strategies through compelling storytelling that informs and inspires key audiences. 

 


 

The Global Executive Communications and Operations Manager will report directly to the Director, Global Executive Communications. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and inclusive team player who is committed to supporting the team and achieving our goals. This person will have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent writing skills, solid judgement, is experienced in operations, process-oriented, and has the ability to successfully navigate a complex global organization.  

 



core responsibilities 

  • Build a global Centre of Excellence for global executive communications and speaking engagements which will include managing the Company’s internal processes with global and regional leaders, in addition to developing tools, templates and materials. 
  • Support external communications teams with executive communications material development, including managing logistics for secured engagements, and helping with briefing and presentation materials as needed. 
  • Support with executive writing and storytelling. 
  • Manage styling operations for speaking and media opportunities. 
  • Manage operations for the Company’s global speaking, media, and vendor policy. 
  • Work closely with the global corporate communications team to measure and report against key communications objectives and goals. 
  • Work with the corporate communication team’s agency of record as needed. 

 



requirements 

  • You have 6-8 years of dynamic experience in a strategic communications role, and working for a global organization cross-functionally. 
  • You’re a collaborative, agile and inclusive team player who is focused on empowering others. 
  • You are an excellent writer and have experience with leadership storytelling. 
  • You have worked closely with executives and senior level leaders and have a strong understanding of media relations and speaking engagements. 
  • You have strong verbal and presentation skills. 
  • You’ve worked in a fast-paced environment and are able to adapt quickly. 
  • Agency and in-house experience preferred. 
  • Education: min. Bachelor’s degree. 
  • If immigration support required: Bachelors degree in related field required and several years experience in marketing/advertising/e-business required

In-person collaboration and connection is important to our culture. Work is performed onsite, minimum 4 days per week.

Compensation and Benefits Package  

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
