about this team

The Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) team manages payments for lululemon and supports the business with invoice-related inquiries. Our primary objectives are to deliver seamless customer service for all Coupa-related expenses and invoices across North America, as well as I-Expense for regional employees and vendors. We ensure corporate cards are accurately tracked and paid, while maintaining robust processes and controls to uphold compliance and efficiency.

 

core responsibilities

This role is responsible for overseeing the administration and governance of the Corporate Credit Card program across Canada, the USA, and supporting global regions. It ensures accurate maintenance of cardholder records, alignment of processes with international teams, and continuous improvement of workflows. The mandate includes enforcing policies, strengthening controls in partnership with offshore teams, and fostering strong relationships with banking partners to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused financial services.

  • Maintain an up-to-date list of corporate card holders. 
  • Establish and sustain ongoing communication with the bank. 
  • Align processes with international teams to ensure global consistency. 
  • Drive process improvements with a continuous improvement mindset. 
  • Review and strengthen Shared Services controls in collaboration with offshore partners. 
  • Enforce compliance with established policies and procedures. 
  • Administer the Corporate Credit Card program for Canada and the USA. 
  • Provide support for the administration of Corporate Credit Card programs across all regions.

 

qualifications

 Experience: 2–3 years in a Shared Services environment, preferably in Accounts Payable  or Expense Management. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Oracle and/or Coupa experience (asset).
  • Knowledge of Power BI (added advantage).
  • Familiarity with global rollouts of Coupa Expenses.

Soft Skills: 

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across regions and teams.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in expense management or financial systems (preferred but not mandatory).

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $ 70,500 - 77,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
