About this team
The Digital Marketing team is a tight knit team responsible for the short and long-term performance and growth of Japan performance marketing channels. We manage a variety of digital marketing channels to drive growth across the full-funnel with a focus on acquisition, retention and reengagement. We’re experts in digital and make decisions based on data to ensure we strive to hit business KPIs.
A day in the life:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving lululemon’s digital marketing growth by leading paid media strategies across various channels. The key responsibilities are:- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in developing and executing paid media strategies across multiple digital marketing channels, including search, paid social, display and affiliate
- Develop and execute LINE marketing strategies to engage Japanese audiences effectively
- Understand local trends, consumer behavior, and content preferences to craft compelling copy and creative approaches for LINE campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance based on key metrics and business goals
- Assist in managing agencies, including briefing, day-to-day communication, managing creative assets and payment
- Provide agencies with assets, ad copies ensuring alignment with best practices and local needs
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in similar digital marketing (roles) preferably within a media agency.
- Familiar in using Adobe Analytics/GA, Power BI, Marketing Ad Managers
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing principals, platforms and tools
- Proven track record of managing digital strategy and execution across key performance marketing channels.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiar with industry best practices and market trends.
- Japanese fluency (native-level), Business-level English.
