Product Data Governance is a key pillar to the Integrated Go-to-Market Transformation team. We act as an internal consultancy, specializing in Product Data and Master Data governance best practices. We’re teaching the company to use data as a strategic asset to achieve our growth goals as our current ad-hoc data management practices are holding lululemon back with manual data activities, low data quality, and lack of data needed for complex analytics. We always have the guest in mind when solutioning and building the process, systems, tools to enable that goal.

  • Support with facilitating senior executives through enterprise product data governance decisions including process mapping, roles and responsibilities, and contributing to deliverables and documentation to ensure data quality and integrity objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with other teams involved in product data initiatives – including technology, reporting and analytics, technical product management, change management, communications, learning/training, etc. to plan and deliver against product data governance objectives on-time and on-budget.
  • Perform data quality and data analysis work, identifying root causes of data quality issues and proposing process improvements.
