about this team

The Office of Technology (OOT) is responsible for aligning lululemon’s technology priorities with business needs to fuel scalable growth, operational excellence, and innovation. Our mandate is to drive clarity, prioritization, and transformation across the Technology organization, ensuring our teams stay connected to the business and focused on the highest impact work. We partner closely with senior leaders, functional teams, and cross functional stakeholders to elevate the voice of the customer, surface opportunity areas, and translate strategy into actionable, technology enabled outcomes.


core responsibilities

The Sr. Business Analyst, Voice of Customer, plays a critical role in shaping lululemon’s technology strategy by representing the needs of the business and evaluating how emerging technology trends can be leveraged for impact. This role partners closely with the Director, Business Operations for Technology, to identify, assess, and prioritize technology-driven opportunities that improve experience, efficiency, and competitive advantage.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovation opportunities relevant to lululemon’s business.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering, synthesizing, and presenting business needs to the Technology organization.
  • Analyze business problems and recommend technology solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Prioritize and assess technology opportunity areas and develop actionable plans for execution.
  • Document opportunities for improvement across business and technology functions with clear recommendations for SDLT review.
  • Establish alignment on scope, sequencing, and prioritization of identified improvements with the Director, Business Operations for Technology.
  • Gather inputs from key business partners to ensure proposed solutions reflect cross functional needs.
  • Produce clear recommendations, action plans, and prioritization frameworks to support Technology decision making.


qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of technical business analyst experience supporting medium to large initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable technology strategies and feature roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends (AI, cloud, automation, etc.).
  • Experience balancing trade-offs between business needs, technical constraints, and solution complexity.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience identifying and assessing technology opportunity areas in partnership with cross functional stakeholders.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500-$150,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
