core responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst on the Guest Analytics team, you will lead the development of data-driven insights that shape how we understand and serve our guests. You will own end-to-end analytics initiatives, from identifying key business questions to building scalable data products. This role blends strategic thinking and requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to drive meaningful impact and business outcomes.


  • Lead end-to-end analytics and reporting projects with minimal oversight, from scoping to delivery
  • Design, develop, and deploy global data products (including dashboards, pipelines, and models) that scale insights across regions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand key questions, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with other data analytics and data engineering teams to identify new data sources, improve governance, and enhance data quality
  • Visualize and communicate complex insights to senior and executive leadership in a compelling, clear, and actionable way 
  • Contribute to a culture of learning, feedback, and mentorship within the team 


qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in retail or apparel industries
  • Advanced SQL skills for both automation and exploratory analysis
  • Previous work experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Strong technical storytelling skills (verbal, written, and visual)
  • Solid foundation in statistics including significance testing, sampling, and experimental design 
  • Experience with R or Python for exploratory analysis, machine learning, or data mining is a plus 
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies is a plus
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for using data to drive meaningful business outcomes

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800 - 138,800annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
