FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions.  A DAY IN THE LIFE

 

Reporting to the Director, the Senior Manager, Tech FP&A is responsible for leading a high performing team of Analysts in the execution of all financial planning and analysis activities including our Annual Operating Plan, monthly rolling forecast, variance analysis, long range planning and decision-making support for key strategic investments within Technology. 

This complex role requires and adept skill in connecting Technology operations to financial impact and works closely with the Technology Portfolio Management Office to ensure there is efficient & consistent financial management & analysis effort across technology portfolios.

 

QUALIFICATIONS


  • 8+ years of progressive finance, financial analysis, and reporting experience with a fast-paced business
  • Prior experience leading and developing a high-performance team 
  • Technology & retail industry experience is preferred
  • Proven ability to proactively plan and prioritize tasks for team in a time sensitive manner
  • Effective communication skills and ability to distill complex information in a clear and concise manner 
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and takes pride in quality
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100-$176,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
