about this team
Investor Relations is the liaison between Wall Street and lululemon’s senior leadership team. We work closely with senior management to craft messaging related to our financial performance, prep for earnings calls, and analyze peer performance. We act as the main point of contact for analysts and investors who follow and/or invest in our stock. We maintain strong relationships with all constituents, both internal and external.
core responsibilities
The role owns the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of earnings communications, analyst engagement, and investor materials, while supporting activist and shareholder interactions in partnership with the VP, Investor Relations, Legal, and Finance Leadership. This role directly influences external perception, investor confidence, and market understanding of lululemon’s strategy and performance.
The successful candidate will be speaking independently with analysts and investors, working on scripts for the earnings call and other supporting materials. In addition, they will be interacting with various members of our senior leadership team frequently and independently.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $141,400 - 185,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
