about this team

Global Fulfillment (GF) is responsible for all physical product movements from the shipping dock of factories to our store or guests, including distribution, logistics, trade compliance and engineering.  The team completes this objective while scaling for growth and achieving targeted performance, including service, costs and employee safety.


The Strategic Fulfillment Programs team oversees all strategic initiative projects and programs, and key non-strategic initiatives. The team is responsible for planning, support, standardization, and oversight of the entire Global Fulfillment Portfolio, with the ultimate directive to complete initiatives on time and on budget. This role supports the planning, prioritization, governance, and performance monitoring of Global Fulfillment initiatives to ensure capital investments are aligned, feasible, and deliver intended business value.


a day in the life

    Support the ongoing development and evolution of the Global Fulfillment initiative portfolio to align with strategic priorities and investment planning cycles

    Partner with functional leaders to shape high quality business cases and initiative proposals for portfolio intake and prioritization

    Facilitate the evaluation and prioritization of incoming initiative requests based on strategic alignment, expected value, and organizational readiness

    Maintain trusted portfolio planning and performance data to enable effective governance and investment decision making

    Prepare decision ready portfolio insights and materials to support executive governance forums and business reviews

    Support the annual AOP planning cycle by translating prioritized initiatives into an executable investment roadmap


qualifications 

    B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area required

    MBA or other master’s degree preferred

    Minimum of 4-6+ years’ experience in consulting, internal strategic planning functions, program or portfolio planning and analysis, or a similar field

    Strong business, leadership, planning and organizing skills; including the ability to provide innovative, strategic ideas to management, communicate value, gain approval and implement effectively

    Demonstrated executive-level presence

    Experience in strategic planning, executive level business modelling, and project management

    Experience in Supply Chain preferred

    Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $88,200 - $115,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
