about this team

The core mandate of the Supply Chain Global Fulfillment Product Management (PdM) team is to solve complex Supply Chain challenges by operating as a technology product organization and delivering tangible enterprise-grade software products, platforms and data capabilities across every stage of the technology product lifecycle. Our team is critical in lululemon’s pursuit to fuel growth, drive innovation, and deliver on our promise to improve the wellbeing of people and minimize our environmental impact. To meet our Supply Chain/Global Fulfillment stakeholder needs, we partner closely with business leaders, engineering, architecture, data, and technology delivery teams to define technology product strategy and roadmaps, and to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable digital solutions that enable leading Supply Chain capabilities.

a day in the life

In this role, you will drive day‑to‑day execution and serve as the primary point of contact for one or more large or mid‑scale, high‑ to mid‑complexity Supply Chain and cross‑functional technology products. You will operate at the intersection of Global Fulfillment and adjacent Product domains (Digital, Supply Chain, and other enterprise teams), ensuring shared requirements and dependencies are surfaced early and delivered effectively.

You will promote a user‑centric, systems‑thinking mindset while collaborating daily with cross‑functional Product, Technology, and Supply Chain teams to translate roadmaps into production‑ready software capabilities. You will actively manage cross‑domain trade-offs, align stakeholders on scope and sequencing, and ensure fulfillment considerations are embedded across upstream and downstream product workflows. In addition, you will mentor junior Product Managers and Analysts by modeling strong execution, cross‑functional partnership, and disciplined delivery practices.

  • Responsible for understanding how specific technology product(s) align with broader Supply Chain strategy, capability roadmaps, and the underlying systems, integrations, data models, and platforms required to enable them.
  • Drive execution of Global Fulfillment requirements across Digital (Omni, B2B, Strategic Sales, Lower Funnel, Membership, Mobile), Supply Chain, and enterprise initiatives, ensuring early integration into product discovery, strategy, and design.
  • Define and execute a backlog of work items (initiatives, epics, and user stories) by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritise and plan Agile software delivery.
  • Solve core Supply Chain & Cross-functional technical problems by capturing functional and non-functional requirements, creating detailed user experiences, documenting acceptance criteria, and aligning on clear Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definitions for each release.
  • Work with Agile scrum teams to drive delivery of scoped product features; partner closely with Engineering and Architecture to translate business intent into technical specifications, and iterate to determine optimal solutions considering system performance, scalability, complexity, and value.
  • Lead product demos, identify system testing and validation requirements, determine training and change-enablement needs, and support product sign-off for production releases.
  • Address feedback, defects, and technical enhancements identified during testing or post-release, fostering a continuous improvement mindset focused on product quality, reliability, and user experience.
  • Inspire and train Product Analysts on technology product management and Agile delivery practices, providing clear documentation, system guidance, and day-to-day mentorship through a structured management approach.
