The Office of Technology (OOT) is responsible for aligning lululemon’s technology priorities with business needs to fuel scalable growth, operational excellence, and innovation. Our mandate is to drive clarity, prioritization, and transformation across the Technology organization, ensuring our teams stay connected to the business and focused on the highest impact work. We partner closely with senior leaders, functional teams, and cross functional stakeholders to elevate the voice of the customer, surface opportunity areas, and translate strategy into actionable, technology enabled outcomes.


core responsibilities

The Senior Technical Program Manager, Delivery oversees the successful delivery of 4+ complex technical programs across multiple business, product, and operational functions. This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives, provides cross functional leadership, and drives program execution from initiation through deployment. They actively manage scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, budget, and communication to ensure programs land successfully and with quality.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee end to end delivery of 4+ complex technical programs, ensuring alignment to long term business and technology objectives.
  • Build and manage the program timeline, communication plan, stakeholder map, and reporting structure across multiple technical workstreams.
  •  Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, escalating only when necessary and ensuring full transparency.
  • Develop and maintain the technical program roadmap, ensuring alignment with architecture, strategic goals, and planned business outcomes.
  • Drive cross functional alignment across engineering, product, business operations, and leadership to ensure clarity of scope, sequencing, and delivery expectations.
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper for technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with security standards, cost optimization goals, and architecture guidance.
  • Manage program financials, including $10M–$50M CapEx + OpEx portfolio budgets, in partnership with FP&A.
  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding of technical resources, resource capacity planning, and third party vendor management.
  • Deliver consistent and thorough program reporting, including health, progress, risks, financials, and dependency tracking, to senior stakeholders and governance bodies.
  • Ensure technical programs meet expected outcomes, enable long term capabilities, and drive measurable business value.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in information technology, system engineering, business operations, capability development, or technical product/program management.
  • 8+ years of experience in delivery management, with 3+ years of program level leadership.
  • 2+ years of coaching program managers.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex technical programs across platforms such as SAP, Anaplan, E2O, IBM, Oracle, OneStream, or Apptio.
  • Advanced experience with delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Aha!, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma).
  • Strong understanding of technology delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile, SAFe).
  • Proven ability to manage multimillion dollar portfolios with complex cross functional dependencies.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills, including ability to engage and align leaders across business and technical domains.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and disciplined program governance capabilities.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $155,000 -$185,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
