About this team

The lululemon cybersecurity team enables lululemon to conduct its global operations in a secure manner and safeguard the trusted information of its guest and users. This is accomplished by understanding business risk as manifested through cybersecurity and compliance risk, and by maintain a high degree of employee awareness of all security and compliance topics. To further enhance our team, we are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Senior Analyst.


A day in the life

The Cyber Senior Security Analyst is a key contributor to lululemon’s enterprise identity governance and access risk program, ensuring user access is appropriate, governed, and audit ready throughout the identity lifecycle. This role combines hands-on execution with technical leadership, partnering closely with IAM engineering, GRC, application teams, and auditors to reduce identity driven risk at scale.


In this role, you will lead complex investigations, own and improve identity governance processes including user access reviews, and certification processes, and provide subject matter expertise on our identity governance–based controls. You will translate audit findings and access risks into clear remediation actions, guide junior analysts through complex decisions, and influence access control design across the enterprise.


The Senior Security Analyst is expected to anticipate risk, identify systemic access issues, and drive continuous improvement through smarter scoping, automation, and stronger control design, while supporting leadership with clear identity risk insights and metrics.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance (IGA)
  • Hands on experience leading or executing user access reviews and access certification campaigns in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of audit and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS, privacy regulations), including evidence collection and auditor support
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Microsoft Entra ID in access governance or access risk use cases
  • Ability to investigate complex access scenarios, assess risk, and translate findings into clear remediation actions
  • Proven experience partnering with engineering, GRC, and application teams to improve access controls and governance processes
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and mentor junior analysts in ambiguous situations

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500-162,100 CADannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
