Senior Technology Manager, Access Management and PAM
(Must be willing to work in office 3 days pers week & be a resident of Seattle)

ABOUT THIS TEAM
The lululemon Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management function enables IAM security controls required to support delivery of lululemon’s strategic objectives. We are searching for a Technology Manager to lead our Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms, capabilities, and services. As the Senior Technology Manager, you will be at the forefront of securing and governing user access and ensuring our technical capabilities are optimized in alignment with our strategic roadmap.
A DAY IN THE LIFE QUALIFICATIONS
• Lead the execution and delivery of our IAM/PAM strategy, focusing on governance, new and improved capability enablement, and risk management.
• Lead and support a team of access management professionals to deliver against our roadmap while empathetically fostering a healthy team culture.
• Execute continuous improvement cadence to ensure the operational health of our services is best in class and with defined SLA/OLAs.
• Develop, monitor, and measure metrics that matter to ensure risk is understood and managed transparently.
• Partner with technology teams and business leaders to ensure healthy collaboration necessary to bring improved services to our enterprise user population in stores, distribution centers, and across the enterprise.
• Drive security improvements and engineering cognitive load efficiency gains through automation.
• Manage relationships with vendors and business partners.
• Ensure platforms are hardened in alignment with security policies and best practices.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies in access management to ensure readiness for growth and continuously improved security capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 10+ years of combined hands-on IAM technology leadership.
• Proven experience managing IAM within technologies and directory services such as Azure/EntraID, AWS, PAM tools, MyApps, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to drive healthy team engagement and foster a positive, forward thinking team culture. • Experience and expertise in regulatory compliance standards (SOX, PCI, etc.).
• Excellent collaboration, delivery, and team building skills.
• Proven experience leading transformational security programs.
• Proven expertise leading both operations in IAM technologies, identity governance processes, and risk management.
• Strong ability to build healthy relationships across teams and with stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from annually $145,700-$181,200 the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
