about this team

The Product Technical Solutions team sits within the Global Product Integrity function of Supply Chain. From here, we deliver technical solutions to mitigate product and process integrity risks by designing our performance standards, laboratory testing and on-body testing with intentional quality, while providing accessible technical expertise and advisory services.

 

core responsibilities

The Technical Solution Operations team serves as the central point of contact for project intake within Product Technical Solutions and functions as the primary liaison supported by this coordinator role. As the Technical Solution Operations Coordinator, you will be accountable for supporting and facilitating project intake, streamlining workflows, aligning prioritization with leadership direction, and enhancing visibility across all Product Technical Solutions initiatives. The coordinator supports these efforts by ensuring clear processes, consistent communication, and efficient operational execution.

  • Support the implementation of new and updated test methods across diverse assortment categories including trims, raw materials, accessories and equipment and garments. In partnership with the Testing and Performance team, coordinate the launch of new and updated test protocols, methods, and matrices across materials, products, and packaging using proven change management strategies.
  • In partnership with Product Integrity teams, support the creation and facilitation of training programs for cross-functional product teams, on all aspects of Product Technical Solutions, including test methods, wear testing, technical guidance and Product Quality Solutions, including topics related to performance, special claims, global market readiness and compliance.
  • Act as the central contact for PTS Request Intakes, facilitating team discussions, cross-functional connections and communications, platform optimization, project tracking and assignment. Coordinate overlapping and complementary tasks based on GTM gates, strategic initiatives, PTS functional initiatives and tasks impacting enterprise pillars and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage multi-platform reports and dashboards (SmartSheet, PowerBI, Qualtrics) to summarize PTS project status and progress data (new, in progress, completed) including summaries on risk assessment, timelines and deliverables. Comprehensive project knowledge required for ad hoc leadership updates and historical record tracking
  • Collaborate and network with product, commercialization, and Go-To-Market teams to support the integration of PTS work into product development cycles, process education and awareness, 360 feedback and collaborative opportunities.
  • Coordinate PTS functional needs by producing high quality technical documentation, preparing and facilitating technical presentations, and ensuring clear communication streams with global vendors, labs, and partners. qualifications

  • Higher education degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality/Product Development, Supply Chain, Project Management, Textiles, Apparel or Materials Science), or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, QA, business administration, project management/coordination, preferably in the apparel industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, workflow/project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, PowerBI, Qualtrics, Miroor similar tools).
  • Prior work involving data dashboards, analytics, or reporting considered an asset?
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to facilitate digital and in person meetings to engage cross-functional partners globally and provide accurate meeting minutes. 
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to nontechnical audiences.
  • Proven technical writing capabilities — able to create clear documentation, SOPs, process maps, presentations, and training materials with strong presentation-building skills (PowerPoint) and facilitation abilities.
  • Comfortable serving as the “hub” for information flow between multiple teams.
  • Understanding of product testing and stages (bulk/development), performance standards, change management, or product integrity processes is an asset.
  • Experience partnering with external vendors, testing labs, or global suppliers (or ability to quickly learn this).
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
  • Highly detail oriented, thorough, and process focused. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience working with global partners and navigating multiple time zones.
  • Connector & Facilitator: Strong ability to link cross-functional teams, drive alignment, and maintain flow of information.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $60,000 - $69,100annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
