We fuel business success by connecting consumers to our purpose, values and personality in every campaign and aim to be a recognised authority on both physical and mental fitness. We make the technical performance of our products famous and drive awareness, consideration, preference and overall demand for lululemon in region.


about the role

The Content Co-ordinator EMEA is responsible for helping to drive brand awareness and sales on all lululemon’s EMEA channels. They have outstanding writing skills with an instinct for lululemon’s humanised tone of voice. They’re a talented storyteller who knows how to produce and write engaging content across different mediums to grow both in store and digital channels including website, email and social media. They tailor global campaigns for local implementation and help to design net-new campaigns that answer business needs. They ensure that all content is regionally relevant, engaging, inclusive, aligned with other channels and objectively reported and reviewed.

This role reports into the Content and Copy Manager.


skills & experience

  • Solid experience working for an agency, in-house and/or in an editorial role or as a social media storyteller/copywriter, ideally for a premium, purpose-led business with a challenger brand mentality
  • Content curation including localising global campaigns and designing bespoke regional or country-specific campaigns that answer business needs
  • Creation of net-new assets across multiple mediums including ideation, casting, writing copy, briefing creatives, overseeing production and reviewing output
  • Creative direction to ensure that all assets are regionally relevant, engaging, inclusive, premium and a proper representation of the lululemon brand
  • Collaboration with the Community team to find and tell engaging stories from our collective
  • Collaboration with the Product team to integrate the right product into campaigns and to tell engaging product stories at the optimum time
  • Content scheduling and publishing
  • Paid social channel strategy and management, in collaboration with the paid media agency, ensuring the right content is promoted to a new audience at the optimum time
  • Monthly reporting including implementing learnings
  • Write and edit clear, persuasive, original copy for multiple channels within a defined brand tone of voice
  • Curate and commission editorial website content optimised for search intent that draws new consumers into our digital ecosystem
  • Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar
  • Collaborate successfully with people across departments including art directors, graphic designers, translators, content specialists and digital marketing and ecommerce teams
