About Regional B&C Team
Integrated Marketing for each region, supporting on ground realities and bringing our campaigns and messaging to live in tandem with our in region objectives and expansion ambition.
A Day In The Life
• Support Regional Brand & Community Manager in developing and executing marketing plans to ensure
goal achievement.
• Support daily workflow that adheres to GTM deliverables and development timelines.
• Support Regional Brand & Community Manager in providing market hindsights and analysis.
• Support Regional Brand & Community Manager in developing necessary tools and guidelines to the field
for operational excellence.
• Support in overseeing regional marketing budgets and expenses xto ensure expected outcomes are met.
• Work with Retail team and Brand Ops team to ensure the smooth landing of brand & community
initiatives in the regions.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in marketing or business related field and 5-6 years experience in the marketing field
(2 years+ rooted in retail field is a plus).
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Attention to detail, initiative, organization, strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks while
maintaining efficiency.
• Proven data analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, able to adapt to market changes and
challenges.
• Demonstrates teamwork and leadership potential, performs well under pressure.
• Proficient in using office software and marketing tools such as MS Office, CRM systems, etc.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
• Flexible in business travels.
• Lives the sweatlife.
