About this team 
The North America Brand Marketing team is responsible for creating and delivering integrated marketing efforts across all channels to deliver guest communication for the North America business. This team executes all campaigns, social media, and omni channel communication across the guest journey.

a day in the life
This role is responsible for brand marketing across NA programs and community initiatives. This includes lululemon Studio, Membership, Like New, Community and Team Canada. You will lead the marketing team in defining strategy, cross-functional marketing plans and execution of fully integrated campaigns and ongoing lifecycle marketing to keep guests aware and engaged in programs all year long.

What you’ll do 
  • Lead and develop high-performing team of marketers and oversee brand building and communication across program portfolio  
  • Lead the day-to-day team priorities through coaching, operational planning and setting up clear accountability across the teams
  • Develop the annual program brand calendar, roadmap and budget to deliver to guest & business objectives
  • Responsible for program marketing strategic direction, thought leadership and functional expertise to deliver on key priorities and growth goals for North America 
  • Define annual and seasonal KPIs in partnership with cross- functional teams 
  • Create scalable marketing strategies to operate effectively by creating new tools, processes, and resource plans to deliver across program roadmaps and calendar 
  • Oversee execution and experiences across all marketing channel plans and ensure storytelling is cohesive and adds value for the guest 
  • Enroll Senior brand leaders in the marketing vision, growth, and results of strategies and marketing plans

What we’re looking for
  • 10-15 years of experience developing and driving digital and offline marketing campaigns/initiatives from inception to execution for leading brands 
  • Excellent coaching, team building and group facilitation skills
  • Experience in leading and managing teams and budgets
  • Demonstrated experience in making articulate and effective presentations to different audiences including senior level management.
  • Strategic understanding of marketing integration across online to offline journey planning, across all digital & physical channels
  • Successful experience and proven ability to work well with others across the business 
  • An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Vast experience in the retail industry
