Retail Optimization supports North America stores to operate with ease and efficiency to drive growth.  In Store Experience designs and leads our store guest experience, including store service models, floor leadership strategy, retail scheduling, and driving retail performance through initiatives and programs. 



a day in the life: what you’ll do

The Program Manager, Service Excellence designs and delivers the future of in-store guest experience for North America stores.

  • Deliver functional strategies, tactics, and tools to create the future of excellent service in North America stores
  • Manage multiple projects/initiatives to bring service strategies to life in retail
  • Directly communicate the strategy and vision for in-store guest experience to retail and SSC leaders
  • Develop frameworks and roadmaps to execute on our shared vision for guest experience across geographies and formats, and service execution and service levels
  • Develop and execute tests and pilots to inform strategies and assess data and results to align on future deliverables



qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business operations, strategy, or related field or equivalent experience in similar field/industry
  • Project Management certification or equivalent experience leading cross-functional collaborative efforts with many stakeholders
  • 5+ years in retail strategy and/or operations
  • Skilled written and verbal communicator and facilitator
  • Experience creating service strategies for retail, hospitality, or similar field

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
