We are currently seeking an AI & Localization Program Coordinator to join our Global Localization Team. This role is integral to our company's success and is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to make a significant impact.
responsibilities
- Lead program/project delivery in partnership with technology and business teams.
- Lead the planning and implementation of large, complex programs and strategic initiatives, including creation of project charters, implementation plans and business requirements, project delivery, and go-live and sustainment efforts.
- Leverage understanding of current state people, process and technology capabilities, knowledge of industry best practices and critical problem-solving skills to identify business needs and define new and improved ways of working to enhance Localization processes.
- Understand business needs (functional requirements) and translate them into technical requirements (configuration)
- Assess the accuracy of AI generated texts using LQA models.
- Evaluate, proofread, or write text to create data samples to train our AI models.
- Define and rollout the AI program for Localization.
- Proficient with systems-thinking and able to articulate them to various groups across the organization
- Work closely with the Program Manager/ Product Manager/ Business stakeholders to ensure the program plan is accurate and on track from a technology perspective.
- Drive cohesion across program work streams through coordinating efforts of project managers, change and training leads, product management, technology partners, subject matter experts, super users, project sponsors and other stakeholders.
- Document current-state processes and drive implementation of new processes and development of tools to monitor effectiveness of new processes, and support in establishing connectivity across current and new processes to deliver operating model transformation.
- Assemble and manage program roadmap and checkpoint gates.
- Responsible for managing holistic program budgets and key milestones.
- Champions project management best practices and processes.
- Effectively performs all standard project management duties.
- Knowledge of Localization processes and building workflows.
- Working across multiple time zones.

The Localization Program Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, managing through ambiguity and complexity, creating and simplifying processes, and simultaneously supporting multiple projects impacting a growing global organization.

qualifications
- 2+ years of program management experience.
- 7+ years of project management and/or business analyst experience.
- Education and/or strong work experience in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
- Experience working with agile delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of scenario-based test plan (UAT execution)
- Demonstrated experience in managing $2M+ budgets.
- Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into roadmaps.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate objectives and give clear direction to achieve deliverables.
- Experience with fast-paced environment and demonstrates ability to ensure project timelines are being met.
- Knowledge of Localization processes and CAT Tools.
- Understanding of AI Machine Translation (MT) capabilities.
- Flexible hours to accommodate meetings with different time zones

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 to 107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
