Description & Requirements

who we are

lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people

about the team

The Brand Creative team brings lululemon to life through storytelling that resonates with both new and existing guests. We ensure our brand shows up as globally consistent, regionally relevant, and meaningfully differentiated within a crowded landscape. We drive business success by connecting guests to the heart of who we are—our purpose, our values, and our unique brand personality. Through visual and verbal storytelling, we elevate the performance of our products and fuel brand love, awareness, and demand across NA.

As the Copy Director, you will lead the regional copywriting team and own the storytelling across lululemon’s campaigns, product moments, and brand initiatives. You will shape and drive our regional copy strategy, mentor a team of writers, and ensure every message reflects who we are—globally aligned, locally resonant, brand differentiated, and unmistakably human.

You will oversee all major brand campaigns (including OOH, Ambassador, in-store, and experiential), as well as guide and elevate lower-tier messaging across CRM, digital, and ecommerce.
