Description & Requirements

who we are

lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive, and growth-focused environment for our people.

about this team

As a world-class design team, we are at the forefront of creating transformative products and experiences for our guests—especially performance athletes. We establish the creative direction for the brand through a deep understanding of athlete needs, cultural context, and the science of feel. Our work sits at the intersection of design, innovation, and advanced textiles, where raw materials are as critical as silhouette and style.

the role

We are looking for a Design Assistant to support the team in creating expressive, next-to-skin product across our Sports Bra, Underwear, Bodywear, and Shapewear categories—where form, comfort, and function come together.

This role supports the design process for product made for the body in motion and at rest. You’ll assist in translating guest insight, trend research, and material direction into thoughtful design concepts that enhance comfort, movement, and modern style. From sculpted foundations to lightweight layers, you’ll help explore how product supports and moves with the body through careful attention to fit, proportion, and detail.

As part of the design team, you’ll contribute to a culture grounded in curiosity, learning, and craft. You bring a strong interest in bodywear and close-to-body design, a developing eye for aesthetics and fit, and a hands-on, eager-to-learn approach to the design process.

If you’re excited by the future of bodywear and want to grow your design skills within a close-to-body category, we’d love to meet you.
