FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. core responsibilities

Reporting to the VP, FP&A, the Director Corporate FP&A is responsible for providing insights to our leaders across all areas of the enterprise P&L. This requires rolling up enterprise inputs, clearly understanding dynamics and connectivity across the P&L areas to ensure forecast accuracy. This requires deep financial acumen and become more complex as the enterprise continues to grow and scale. 


  • Director of Corporate FP&A is responsible for synthesizing business results and forecasts into executive/ board level reporting, identifying risks to performance and developing action plans with the management team. 
  • modelling quarterly guidance to provide to the SLT and external market aka “the street” in collaboration with the Investor Relations function.
  • Lead a team that's responsible for both in year and AOP enterprise planning and forecast development
  • Builds out AOP targets and in year financial management recommendation. understanding all areas of the P&L; product margin, operating channels, regional complexities. 
  • Bring a deep understanding of FP&A to identify areas for optimization
  • Partner on long term projects to drive additional visibility and governance over all areas
  • Key strategic partner to CFO, Finance and Ops and FFG workstreams.


qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, or financial reporting within fast-paced business environments
  • Proven experience leading a team responsible for enterprise financial planning, including annual operating plans (AOP) and in-year forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize business results and forecasts into executive and board-level reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional business acumen
  • Deep understanding of full enterprise P&L, including product margin, operating channels, and regional complexities
  • Effective in navigating complex and evolving business environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under time constraints
  • Experienced strategic partner to senior leadership, including the CFO and cross-functional workstreams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $157,400 - $206,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
