About the team

The treasury team oversees global cash management, risk management, and debt & investment strategies. We support Lululemon’s strategic objectives by fostering strong financial institution relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing liquidity, and supporting financial system enhancements and implementations. We collaborate closely with a wide variety of internal stakeholders across the business and externally with our financial institutions in our day to day.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with financial institution KYC and AML requests, processing corporate registry information, such as board resolutions, incorporation documents, and other financial and corporate records
  • Lead signatory management processes across multiple financial institutions and countries 
  • Maintain bank account and signatory details on treasury management system, support with opening and closure of bank accounts
  • Bank portal administration - users, portal integrations, user cleanups, and additions/deletions 
  • Support internal risk due diligence review for our partner banks and service providers
  • Support with SOX controls and compliance and external audit requests
  • Support compliance, confirmation, and settlement of global foreign exchange transactions
  • Support with payment initiation (i.e. wire payments and internal transfers, invoice processing) 
  • Support with ad-hoc Treasury admin and operational requests (i.e. initiate letter of credit applications)

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field; CTP, paralegal, or other professional designations a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office- Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, including knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), documentation maintenance, or corporate governance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle several tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills 
  • Proficiency in using banking portals and financial tools

Workplace arrangement 

 

This role is classified asHybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration and connection is important to our culture. Work is performed onsite, minimum 4 days per week.

Compensation and Benefits Package  

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000-$86,600 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program  subject to program eligibility requirements.
