About this team
The Brand Creative team is responsible for enabling best-in-class brand storytelling and creative experiences. This team operationalizes the creative process to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.

day in the life:
  • Conceptualize campaign visions, original graphics, copy, and content across digital channels and integrated marketing needs.
  • Serve as a category expert, driving a deep understanding of insights to create compelling creative concepts.
  • Guard the brand by maintaining lululemon’s visual language.
  • Adapt global campaigns for APAC markets.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of new in-region campaigns, including ideation, enrollment, playbooks, execution, and review.
  • Ensure a consistent, unified brand experience across multiple mediums and channels, including e-commerce, film, social media, and advertising.
  • Maintain strong connections with the global Creative team to stay updated on the brand’s creative direction.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met, workflows are efficient, and budgets and resources are effectively managed.
  • Develop Creative Briefs, Strategy, and Execution in collaboration with cross-functional partners (marketing, strategy, product, R&D).
  • Identify Brand Creative opportunities for consistency across channels.
  • Drive concept-to-execution brand and product storytelling opportunities across various channels.
  • Manage and deliver 3 projects and deliverables.
  • Analyze brand and campaign performance, interpreting data to influence creative strategies and executions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to influence and enhance projects.
  • Define presentation strategies, approaches, styles, and techniques to gain buy-in from cross-functional partners.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional ideation sessions to help build the creative brief.
  • Oversee project management, team coordination, and ensure high-quality production delivery.
  • Define team/project timelines, facilitate progress, and ensure all projects successfully achieve their goals.
  • Provide key input on project/initiative and resource needs for annual planning.
  • Execute projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and drive Creative Initiatives based on project needs.
  • Identify opportunities for professional development and growth within the team.
  • Inspire the team by pushing methods, creative processes, and thinking in brand storytelling and differentiation


Q
ualifications:

  • 8-10 years of direct experience in creative teams for large retail e-commerce or creative agency/production, specifically in the apparel/footwear industry.
  • Experience working with external creative and production partners.
  • Positive approach to problem-solving through analytical thinking and operational efficacy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, adapt to project changes, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • A genuine passion for brand creativity and creative operations.
  • Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and flexible.
