about this team

Our focus is on building guest loyalty through driving retention, frequency, and brand love with various guest segments. The team is always identifying opportunities for enhancing our guest loyalty programs and differentiate our offerings. Our constant aim is to inspire even deeper guest understanding through the triangulation of data analytics, insights, consumer trends and mindsets and collaborating with teams to create alignment on a common strategy. The environment is fast paced and agile to get things done quickly while putting guest experience first.

 

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Deliver clear, concise, timely reports and presentations for your manager, stakeholders, and senior leaders 
  • Execute solutions & dashboards to business problems using data analysis, data mining, optimizing tools and statistical modeling 
  • Continuously develop and demonstrate improved analytics methodologies 
  • Responsible for deep guest insights, using your analytic toolkit to drive business results through data 
  • Support day-to-day requests for data analysis such as decision support, KPI's and provide quality assurance on master data use 
  • Conduct in-depth analytics for strategic initiatives as directed by the management


qualifications

  • 1-2 years of work experience in business analysis or insight delivery 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data mining working with large relational databases, advanced data extraction/manipulation tools 
  • Proficiency in SQL with minimum 1 year practical experience 
  • Strong analytical skills and are comfortable owning data and working from concept through execution 
  • Experience preferred in marketing, loyalty, retail analytics 
  • Familiar with Python, data visualization using PowerBI, and/or statistical models/algorithms using R or Python and associated packages
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field - Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $84,900 - $111,400annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.
