about this team

The Data & Analytics team supporting the CFO organization plays a critical role in enabling data-driven financial decision-making across the enterprise. The team partners with the Product organization to design and deliver scalable data products, analytics platforms, and automation solutions. By ensuring data quality, accessibility, and insight generation, they empower leaders to make informed strategic and operational decisions. The team bridges technology and finance, driving transformation initiatives that enhance financial transparency and overall business performance. 

 

core responsibilities

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus)
  • Strong proficiency in writing efficient DAX AND in optimizing DAX
  • Expertise in data warehousing concept, data modeling and creating semantic models using Power BI including being knowledgeable about Star/Snowflake schemas, different kinds of relationships, row-level-security, etc.
  • Keen eye for building visually appealing dashboards and reports with meaningful and intuitive UX
  • Ability to optimize report performance (Data model size, refresh performance, end-user query performance)
  • Experience in troubleshooting bugs, insufficient performance etc.
  • Solid working experience with cloud databases, such as Snowflake, Azure SQL etc.
  • Experience DevOps and version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience working in AGILE teams, using tools like JIRA to update and coordinate work
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and role-based access in Power BI
  • Familiarity with core financial concepts (e.g., P&L, balance sheet, KPIs)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency and proven work experience in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
  • Experience with relational databases and data warehousing concepts

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800 - $132,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
