about this team

The Integrated Go-To-Market Transformation Team sits at the heart of an end-to-end value chain transformation of how lululemon operates. We act as an internal catalyst that identifies, suggests, and conceptualizes process optimization opportunities while providing strategic planning support, evaluating & driving synergies, streamlining processes, and making actionable recommendations to raise efficiency and drive profitability.

 

a day in the life

The GTM Transformation Manager is responsible for holding a specialized view of the workstream specific transformation work happening across the end-to-end value chain. They know the intricacies of the entire GTM process as their work cuts across all the functional areas. This person will ensure on-time delivery of workstreams, raise risks and flags to the GTM transformation leadership team as well as lead complex and impactful initiatives and workstreams underneath the overall transformation umbrella. 

 

You will partner with leaders across the Product Organization to deliver lululemon’s transformation agenda. You will do this by leading workstreams in large-scale business transformation programs including scoping, planning, project management, exploration, solutioning including process mapping. You will work with change management, communications, and the business to plan and execute the implementation and support the business through hyper care.

Each day will look different in your project-based role, including activities like clarifying strategic questions, design solutions, project managing your work stream, and document creation.

 


  • Enhance the GTM process for our Assorting and Buying GTM segments by applying process design solutions with the broader upstream value chain modules in mind 
  • Act as an internal advisor to Product and Supply Chain leaders to define the problem, develop options, and design solutions 
  • Identify value chain requirements for GTM Transformation and broader initiatives that will enable the adherence of the current and future GTM process while keeping in mind other initiative aspirations
  • Project manage complex work activities and coordinate cross-functional teams across big transformation programs 
  • Support scheduling of working sessions with business partners and the work-back activities and reviews required to prepare for working sessions
  • Conduct and/or guide detailed operational process mapping and capability modelling
  • Build trusted relationships at many levels of the organization to provide clarity and garner buy-in for ongoing initiatives
  • Collaborate with other teams involved in business transformation programs – including change management, communications, learning/training, org design, etc. to plan and deliver against transformation objectives on-time and on-budget

 

qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in this field of work, including consulting and/or direct business management
  • Deep understanding of apparel value chain, specifically merch/merch planning/inventory processes
  • Experience in consulting and/or business transformation, or have deep knowledge in a function or full cycle process
  • Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills to drive alignment and innovative solutions
  • Strategic vision and creative thinking: ability to look beyond existing paradigms, and change the organization according to new business concepts
  • Ability to drive problem solving process: frames problems, guides analytical modeling, and through analysis provides insights into solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness as business needs shifts
  • Proven track record of building relationships, establishing rapport, credibility and trust
  • Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful, able to navigate an organization independently and comfortable with ambiguity

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500 - $141,100 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
