About this team

Our Store Evolution (OSE) is a transformation project of our Retail Workforce Strategy with the objective to implement an evolved leadership structure and scalable org model that supports all types of educators, stores, markets, concepts, and strategies to provide greater clarity, connection, and consistency within our experience. 


A day in the life 
  • Support the project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, including several initiatives simultaneously
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings and workshops
  • Enroll cross functional partners on relevant initiatives, through meetings and delivering presentations
  • Capture and distribute accurate meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Draft and circulate regular project status updates, reports, and communications
  • Maintain and update key project documents, including plans, logs, and trackers
  • Prepare briefing packs, slide decks, and summaries for project stakeholders
  • Draft and review communications for various stakeholder groups including email updates and zipline communications
  • Track and update project timelines, highlighting risks or delays to the project manager
  • Enter and monitor project expenses, supporting budget tracking and reporting
  • Assist with invoice processing and coordination of expense documentation
  • Manage and organize project files on SharePoint, ensuring logical structure and access
  • Develop and share documentation best practices to support alignment across regional teams
  • Report on project metrics and support post-implementation reviews including providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across retail operations leadership
  • Seek and receive feedback from users and implementation partners, evaluate needs and respond accordingly


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or applicable experience
  • Program management experience required, change management experience preferred
  • 2-4 years' experience in a project support, project coordination, or administrative role within a project delivery environment
  • Demonstrated experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience drafting communications and status updates/reports
  • Hands-on experience managing document repositories like SharePoint including folder structure and access control
  • Exposure to budget tracking or financial reporting in a project context (e.g., expense entry, invoice coordination)
  • Experience working across multiple teams or regions and supporting cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency.
