about this team

The Responsible Supply Chain team works to support the wellbeing of the people who make lululemon products. We monitor working conditions in all facilities producing for lululemon, though our internal team and together with external partners. We work together with cross-functional partners within lululemon to support responsible practices of doing business in our everyday operations. We collaborate with our vendors, and external stakeholders to foster resilience in the garment industry and build better.

 

core responsibilities

The RSC Program Manager - Labour Strategies advances our portfolio of projects on social wellbeing for workers in our supply chain, specifically with regards to worker engagement and gender equity and is responsible for the implementation of our public supply chain wellbeing targets.

  • Leads the evolution & implementation of labour strategies and programs for workers in the supply chain, with a specific focus on worker engagement and gender equity.
  • Conducts performance tracking, reporting and analysis to demonstrate impact of projects on workers, and support data-driven strategic decisions
  • Works closely with suppliers, RSC teams in country and cross-functional partners in lululemon to identify and develop approaches for programs that are rooted in understanding needs of workers, suppliers and the organization, and driving measurable impact.
  • Oversees implementation partners for projects in sourcing countries, supports the local RSC team in daily management of projects in facilities and communities.
  • Helps to drive strategy on supplier development of labour and human rights capabilities in coordination with the broader RSC team.
  • Engages with external stakeholders to foster collaborative approaches, and report externally about success and challenges

 

qualifications

  • 7+ years of work experience in supply chain labour programs and strategies, responsible supply chain within a brand, multi-stakeholder initiative, or development organizations
  • A strategic thinker who has both creative analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience in project management, handling multi-layered projects with different implementation partners and across various geographies
  • Intrinsically motivated problem solver, who is comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Change-management capabilities and a strong track record for creating positive impact for workers and the business.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
