The Workforce Management (WFM) Product team enables our global retail workforce through reliable, compliant, and scalable tools that support, scheduling, planning, timekeeping, wages, pay, and labor compliance. This team partners closely with Retail Operations, HR, Technology, and Analytics to ensure our workforce systems meet the needs of store teams today while evolving toward a next‑generation platform that supports future growth and complexity. 

 

core responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager, Workforce Management (WFM) owns key capabilities within the WFM ecosystem, balancing current‑state operational excellence with long‑term platform transformation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring workforce tools are compliant, reliable, and intuitive for store & SSC teams globally. 


  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for Time, Wage, Pay, and Compliance capabilities within the WFM ecosystem. 
  • Maintain and optimize the current WFM technology stack to ensure stability, accuracy, and operational excellence. 
  • Identify and prioritize improvements that reduce friction for store teams, payroll, and operations partners. 
  • Help define the long‑term product strategy and migration plan toward a next‑generation WFM platform targeted for 2027. 
  • Partner with Technology and Architecture teams to ensure platform decisions support scalability, compliance, and global retail needs. 
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations, HR, Payroll, UX, Analytics, and Engineering to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions. 
  • Translate complex business and regulatory needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs. 
  • Track product performance and ensure delivered solutions drive measurable business and operational value. 
  • Continuously gather feedback from store teams and operations partners to improve usability and workflows. 

 

qualifications

Experience 

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within enterprise systems, retail technology, HR systems, or workforce management platforms (e.g. UKG, Kronos, Legion, Workday Time Tracking, or similar). 
  • Experience managing complex operational systems used by large frontline or retail workforces. 
  • Proven experience working in highly cross‑functional environments with technology, operations, and business stakeholders. 


Domain knowledge (preferred) 

  • Payroll, timekeeping, or labor scheduling systems. 
  • Labor compliance, wage regulations, and workforce governance. 
  • Retail store operations and frontline workflows. 


Skills 

  • Strong product strategy and roadmap development capabilities. 
  • Ability to operate legacy platforms while planning and executing platform transformation. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 
  • Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and decision‑making abilities. 
  • Comfort operating in complex, global, and matrixed environments.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500-$162,100annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
