about this team

The Supply Planning team at lululemon are responsible for the seasonal planning of All Lululemon’s requirements for Apparel and Accessories translating the seasonal demand into a supply plan that best meets the business overall needs and cost.

We work closely with Partners in Global and Regional Planning, Sourcing, and Regional Offices

 

core responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage Raw Materials Supply Planning team with a focus on empowering and development. 
  • Manage In-Season Raw Materials Supply Planning inclusive of Mainline and Monthly Buys. Partner with Merch, Planning, Product Development, Global Sourcing, In-Region Production and Merch to evaluate risk and proactively plan prior to PR. 
  • Manage Long-Range Raw Materials Supply Planning by supporting Demand Plan meetings, overseeing Core RM Program, partnering with Global Sourcing to secure long range capacity, and highlighting risks/opportunities to cross-functional partners. 
  • Manage all Buy Models.  
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of the seasonal planning process to support business requirements. 
  • Communication internally and externally as needed by the Senior Supply Planning Director and business requirements.

  • 10 years experience in Supply Planning

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100-176,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
