about this team

The Distribution Center (DC) Technology team is a highly-motivated and knowledgeable squad that is responsible for making sure all DC’s running on the Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System are supported – from DC peripheral devices to back end application components to support Manhattan WMS. Outside of DC peripheral devices and back end support. The team also partners with different vendors for DC Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Mac Mini Zoom Rooms, and tablet based workstations running Timeclock software. We are seeking an experienced and positive Hardware Specialist who can work in a fast-paced and fun environment possessing excellent problem solving and people skills. We are a small but powerful team supporting the second largest labor force in the company!


a day in the life

  • Work on DC peripheral devices, include the following: RF devices, Voice devices, PCs, Wifi, & printers
  • Manager and oversee all hardware issues, repairs, and track maintenance for the devices
  • Support assigned projects - meet project timelines, support the delivery of project goals and objectives, and resolve project problems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on printers, autobaggers, and DC peripherals and sending them in for warranty repair
  • Be the “boots on the ground” for the network admins by resetting routers/endpoints, wiring network drops, and maintaining the on-site server room for MHE servers and network equipment.
  • Sr Analyst also serves as the campus leader on the DC Hardware Support team; which includes coordinating team schedules, working with local DC leaders on small projects such as purchasing replacement devices, working with WMS Software teams on large projects, and working directly with the team lead (who oversees all of our campuses) on asset management and cross-campus issues.

qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in distribution center peripheral devices and maintenance
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and end users to triage issues

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  

81,000-101,900  annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
