about this team

The Threat Intelligence & Exposure Management team is responsible for developing the strategic roadmap, managing vendor relationships, shaping partnerships and integrations, and overseeing the day to day operations of the organization's threat intelligence and exposure management functions. This team plays a vital role in defending the organization against evolving cyber threats, reducing risk exposure, and supporting informed decision-making. 

a day in the life

The Manager, Threat Intelligence & Exposure Management focuses on proactively identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring the security and resilience of the organization’s digital assets. This role ensures operational excellence and continuous improvement in the organization’s threat intelligence and exposure management capabilities.

  • Operational Leadership: Manage the threat intelligence and exposure management team, ensuring effective execution of daily operations and alignment with organizational cybersecurity objectives.
  • Threat Intelligence Operations: Supervise the collection, analysis, and dissemination of actionable threat intelligence. Ensure timely reporting and escalation of critical findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Exposure Management: Coordinate vulnerability management activities, including vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and remediation efforts. Track and report on exposure metrics and compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Incident Response (IR), Security Operations Center (SOC), Brand Protection (BP), and Asset Protection (AP) teams to facilitate information sharing and coordinated threat mitigation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to integrate automation and AI into threat detection and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards on threat landscape, exposures, remediation status for management review and regular threat briefings to technology leadership.
  • External Engagement: Maintain awareness of emerging threats and vulnerabilities by engaging with industry groups and monitoring external intelligence sources.
  • Team Development: Support the professional growth of team members through coaching, training, and mentorship.

 qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in threat intelligence, detection engineering, threat hunting, vulnerability management, or cyber operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Technical expertise in threat intelligence lifecycle, vulnerability management, and offensive security practices.
  • Experience with SIEM, threat intelligence vendors such as Recorded Future, vulnerability scanning tools, and penetration testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with automation and AI in security operations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CEH) are preferred.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $132,100 - $172,100annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
