about this team 

The North America Digital Marketing team is focused on driving incremental omni growth and guest acquisition. This specialist role leads a critical function within this team – supporting the lululemon affiliate program and partners to reach guests and support their journey to conversion.   


core responsibilities 

The Affiliate Program Specialist is responsible for assisting in day-to-day program and partnership needs within the NAM lululemon affiliate program.   


  •  Assist in day-to-day program needs including reporting, publisher outreach, placement tracking, placement scheduling, and asset distribution 
  • Assist in publisher recruitment and activation within NAM program 
  • Work closely with Affiliate Leads and network management team to optimize performance and meet program goals  
  • Assist in weekly newsletter and campaign communication  
  • Eager to learn about industry trends, keeping up to date on new tactics or tools to unlock program growth  


 qualifications 

  •  1-2+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing  
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills to work with numerous internal/external partners and teams to reach objectives 
  • Experience working with iconic brands who have been disruptive within their individual verticals  
  • Strong communication and organizational skills who can prioritize multiple workstreams 
  • Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000-$86,600annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
