About this team

The Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) team works to support safeguarding the rights of the people who make lululemon products and the environment. We monitor labour and environmental conditions in facilities producing for lululemon and develop programs and policies to build capability along our supply chain. We work together with cross-functional partners within lululemon to support responsible practices of doing business in our everyday operations. We collaborate with our vendors, and external stakeholders to foster social and environmental resilience in the garment industry. 


A day in the life 

The Engagement Lead – Worker Wellbeing leads the regional adaptation and execution of global worker wellbeing strategies. This position supports the regional Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) Managers by coordinating the implementation of worker wellbeing initiatives through external partners and industry platforms. The role ensures programs are locally relevant, effectively managed, and aligned with corporate sustainability objectives, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and driving measurable impact.


  • Coordinates with RSC Regional Managers to adapt global worker wellbeing strategies into regional contexts and integrating initiatives into supplier engagement plans. 
  • Act as primary contact for external implementation partners and suppliers to ensure timely, effective delivery of worker wellbeing programs in facilities.  
  • Leads the end-to-end delivery regionally of lululemon’s Vendor Partnership program, including selection of facilities, communication to vendors & facilities, implementation support for projects, and management of progress data. 
  • Engages with regional initiatives and implementation partners, ensuring timely, effective delivery for community-based worker wellbeing projects
  • Supports suppliers and partners with guidance on best practices for worker wellbeing and gender equity, represents the company in regional forums to promote collaborative approaches. 
  • Consolidates progress data from facility and community projects, validates outcomes, and provides insights for global reporting and continuous improvement 
  • Identifies emerging social risks and regional trends, sharing actionable insights with the Senior Program Manager Worker Wellbeing and the RSC Regional Managers to inform adaptive strategies.


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of social impact programs, supply chain sustainability, or worker wellbeing initiatives, preferably in Asia.
  • Proven track record in project coordination and oversight with external implementation partners, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders 
  • Experience working with industry initiatives (e.g. RISE, Better Work or similar platforms), stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with gender equity, worker engagement, and human rights standards in global supply chains and strong understanding of regional cultural contexts and labour practices across Asia. 
  • Strong data management and analytical skillset for consolidating, validating and interpreting program outcomes and partner reports for internal and external reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional Asian languages a plus.
