A day in the life
Based in your SSC hub, in the hybrid workplace program, you are the connector between
senior leadership and departmental team needs. Principal scheduler, timekeeper, planner,
and coordinator to a member of the lululemon Executive Team, the Executive Assistant has a vital role in the success of their department.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage calendars, meetings, and day-to-day priorities
* Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and last-minute changes
* Anticipate needs and plan ahead—tomorrow, next week, and beyond
* Keep projects moving forward even when schedules shift
* Balance urgency with long-term planning
* Support communication and coordination across teams and departments
* Plan and execute events and offsites
* Coordinate department meetings and QBRs
* Collaborate with other EAs to ensure alignment and efficiency
* You’ll also work closely with their direct report teams, cross-functional partners, and a collaborative group of experienced Executive Assistants in our Collective.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years’ experience or equivalent in an administrative and or executive support
level capacity with increasing responsibilities.
• Flexibility and ability to support more than one Executive Portfolio at a time,
dependent on business shifts and needs.
• Ability to be in office more than 3 days a week dependent on business needs.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise tact, sound judgment and
prioritization.
• Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
• Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with a publicly traded company.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300- $72,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
