about this team
As part of the Compensation team and reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation, this role is directly responsible for leading the overall management of Job Architecture and Job Levelling frameworks and processes for lululemon. The Manager, Compensation Programs plays a critical role in governing the Job Architecture and Job Levelling programs to ensure consistency and internal equity and identify ways to enhance and elevate these programs. 
core responsibilities
- Manage the organization’s Job Levelling process to ensure internal equity and alignment to organizational design principles and methodology
 - Create senior leadership materials and may facilitate job levelling approval meetings and discussions
 - Responsible for identifying opportunities to support other efforts/projects across the enterprise to evolve the Job Architecture program
 - Lead and partner to find solutions to situations that may arise from cross-functional teams and/or requests made in relation to our Job Architecture
 - Review, update and oversee the maintenance of program documentation and resources, inclusive of stakeholder enrollment, communication, and training
 - Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams such as Business Partners, Organizational Design, Platforms and Workforce Planning
 - Manage and lead future compensation programs and projects as needed
 
qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in compensation, ideally in a multinational environment
 - Post-secondary degree in a related field. (e.g., finance, HR)
 - Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Willis Towers Watson, Mercer)
 - Highly proficient in Excel and building PowerPoint decks
 - Proficiency in HRIS (Workday ideal) back-end
 - Hands-on leader with a strong ability to inspire and execute
 - Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
 - Effective communication and change management skills
 - Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize workload
 - Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact, discretion & confidentiality
 - Experience in providing consultation to senior leaders, managers, employees, and/or business partners

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from CAD $107,500 - $141,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
