about this team

The Omni Product Management team is a key part of the overall Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Team. This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guest and store educator experience with a focus on the fulfillment and inventory intelligence spaces, working closely with partners in Technology, Retail, Distribution, UX and Operations.

 

core responsibilities

  • Responsible for understanding how your specific products align with the overall business / company strategy, what guest / educator / business problems need to be solved and what inputs are required 
  • Responsible for creating and / or consolidating and owning the product vision, strategy and a 12 - 24 month roadmap for 2 -4 product pods, each with their own focus areas 
  • Document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria and KPI’s that push the product strategy forward and achieve key objectives
  • Lead prioritization & sequencing sessions for features/themes & define prioritization frameworks for 2-4 product pods
  • Make data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, guest feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting and emerging trends
  • Identify portfolio impacting risks and opportunities and demonstrate agility by reprioritizing and planning within the portfolio
  • Measure and report out on the success of delivered features and enhancements 
  • Manage both internal and external partnerships on programs from concept-to-delivery to ensure that the team’s roadmap and priorities meet customer expectations and needs
  • Manage and / or mentor a team of 2 – 4 product managers (full time & contract) directly 
  • Monitor & identify customer/stakeholder needs staying current on industry standards and trends and respond by adjusting user experience and product roadmaps
  • Partner with central product management teams to define operating models and ways of working 
  • Review, approve, and unblock direct report’s quarterly plans, ongoing intakes, and roadmap changes


qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience (omni fulfillment and inventory intelligence / management a plus). Up to 3 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of product management experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated ability to lead 2-4 direct reports as well as manage dotted line relationships and cross functional partnerships
  • Collaboration across multiple disciplines (engineering, UX, retail, distribution, brand, etc) 
  • Proven track record of delivering and deploying large and complex products in an agile environment
  • Experience with digital technologies, especially RFID and/or Order Management Systems; general Omni, E-commerce and Retail Technology experience will be considered
  • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering leadership level presentations
  • Ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments
  • A deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback
  • Demonstrated leadership; mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution
  • Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred)

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $131,100 - $172,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
