core responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist both guests and employees to the building
  • Keep the front desk and guest lounge area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Screen and respond to incoming calls, emails, and internal tickets as required, or direct to relevant stakeholder
  • Manage office services requests, escalating to management when necessary. Including but is not limited to; parking, security access, booking resources, maintenance, supply inquiries, office feedback, etc. 
  • Manage access for employees, vendors, and guests per our security and risk policies
  • Create and maintain content, documents, and data on internal platforms
  • Support bookings for specialty spaces, shared desks, and other office areas within the building
  • Ensure building emergency procedures are understood and followed
  • Maintain organization and restock supplies in printer rooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces
  • Track and manage office spend
  • Conduct daily office/shared space walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for process and procedures
  • Support the core lululemon team with in-office events as needed
  • Take on special projects as assigned


the fine print

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service based environment preferred
  • Enjoys working and connecting with others 
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively 
  • A proactive attitude and collaborative spirit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion 
  • Passion for creativity, new ideas, and thinking outside of the box
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from USD $41,600-$54,600annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement

In-Person

In-person collaboration and office-based work is necessary and important for this role. Work is performed onsite, 5 days a week, depending on role requirements.
