about this team

The Product Education team designs, creates and delivers curated product education content and tools that support engagement and understanding of our product for all employees and guests, globally. Through this work, we foster inclusion and connection for our guests, educators and internal partners. 

 



The Product Education Delivery Lead | Outfitting is responsible for driving a transformation in how educators dress in and represent our product every day by curating relevant, trend-forward assortments for the Outfit to Educate program, in addition to delivering styling guidance that embody our High-Performance x High-Style ethos.

 


core responsibilities

 

  • Partners closely with Merchandising, Styling, Retail, and Product Education to translate monthly product priorities into compelling Outfit to Educate product offerings and tools. 
  • Delivers clear, inspiring styling tools and assets — developed in partnership with stylists, creative and product education teams, that build educator confidence, teach styling principles, highlight what’s current, and bring product stories to life in a way that resonates with guests
  • Aligns with Regional Product Education, Retail, and Loyalty partners to maintain consistent messaging and timely delivery of product information for execution.
  • Tracks and optimizes program performance by gathering store feedback, analyze results, and adjust product lists, tools, and storytelling to improve impact and relevance.
  • Monitors industry, fashion, and guest trends to inform product selection, styling direction, and content creation.

 

 


qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail, merchandising, product education, or a related product-focused environment. 
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with teams such as Merchandising, Design, Retail Operations, and Creative. 
  • Experience creating educator- or customer-facing tools including training materials, styling guides, or storytelling content. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe programs
  • Strong understanding of retail realities, guest needs, and seasonal product cycles.
  • Background in fashion styling, visual merchandising, or content creation. 
  • Experience working directly with store teams or in a Store Manager/Assistant Manager role
  • Familiarity with trend forecasting and identifying seasonal style direction. 
  • Experience with program management or leading repeatable, cross-functional processes. 
  • Strong visual and aesthetic sense, with the ability to translate design vision into actionable retail tools.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
