FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. a day in the life:

Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the execution of financial planning and analysis activities for the Store Development organization

  • Act as a key strategic partner to the Store Development team, completing analysis and modeling pro-forma P&Ls for new store openings, pop-up stores, renovations, and relocations. Provides ROI and cash flow analysis for evaluation of future real estate projects
  • Delivers real estate performance analytics to drive future business decisions
  • Ownership of current and long term occupancy and capital forecasts, including budgeting and variance analysis 
  • Create and maintain complex financial models
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline processes and reporting.


qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
  • CPA or MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience with fast pace business environments. Retail industry experience an asset.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion an asset.
  • Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.
  • Ability to work with a large amount of detail without losing sight of the big picture.

 Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. 

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
